Development of autonomous AI-Agents

Digital workforce that independently plans, executes, and optimizes tasks

Your team handles hundreds of tasks every day that may be complex but still follow recurring patterns: researching data, creating reports, responding to requests, querying systems, and consolidating information. Traditional automationcovers the simple cases, but as soon as decisions, contextual knowledge, or flexible responses are required, it reaches its limits. The result: valuable people spend their time on routine work instead of the tasks that truly matter. Whether you are a CTO, Head of Digital, or innovation leader looking for the next leap in productivity, the question is no longer whetherAI can work operationally, but when it will do so in your organization.

Solution Approach

Imagine a digital colleague who never sleeps, never forgets, and handles every task exactly as you defined it – only faster, more consistently, and around the clock. That is exactly what autonomous AI agents deliver. We develop Agentic AI systems that independently plan, execute, and optimize tasks – based on Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent tool usage, and your company data. These agents combine contextual understanding, decision logic, and the ability to act in order to independently handle complex workflows such as research, analysis, customer communication, or operational management. No rigid rule sets, but adaptive systems that respond to new situations. The result: a new level of efficiency and scalability that goes far beyond what traditional automation can achieve.

Benefits

  • Massive time savings through the autonomous handling of repetitive and cognitive tasks that currently tie up your team
  • Scalability without additional headcount through digital workers that are available around the clock and grow with your needs
  • Higher process quality through consistent, error-free execution based on clear decision logic and guardrails
  • Faster value creation through agentic systems that become productive within weeks and deliver measurable results immediately

Approach

  1. Use Case Discovery: Together, we identify the tasks and processes in your company where autonomous AI agents can create the greatest impact – whether in customer service, research, reporting, or operational management.
  2. Architecture and Design: We design the target architecture of your agent system: task planning, memory, tool use, feedback loops, and integration with your data sources and systems.
  3. Prototype Development: In short iterations, we build a functional AI agent for your prioritized use case – including LLM integration, RAG connectivity, and API connectors.
  4. Guardrails and Security: We implement control mechanisms, logging, and security guardrails to ensure that your agent operates reliably and transparently.
  5. Piloting and Optimization: Your agent goes live in a real-world environment. We monitor, optimize, and scale it until the results meet expectations.
  6. Integration and Rollout: Integration with internal systems (ERP, CRM, CMS) and user interfaces (chatbots, dashboards) for productive day-to-day use.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have questions? We have the answers.

How do autonomous AI agents differ from traditional chatbots or RPA?

Chatbots respond to inputs, while RPA follows rigid rules. Autonomous AI agents can plan independently, make decisions, and combine multiple tools to solve complex tasks. They work contextually, adapt to new situations, and do not require predefined if-then chains.

What data does an AI agent need to work productively?

That depends on the use case. Typical requirements include access to internal knowledge bases, APIs of existing systems (CRM, ERP, ticketing), and structured process data. During the discovery phase, we jointly determine which data sources are relevant and how they should be integrated.

How safe is it to let an agent make operational decisions?

Each agent operates within clearly defined guardrails. You determine which actions can run autonomously and where human approval is required. Logging, monitoring, and transparent decision histories ensure that every action remains traceable.

Can an AI agent also work with older systems that do not have modern APIs?

Yes. Legacy systems can also be connected via adapters, screen scraping, or file-based interfaces. The architecture is designed so that the agent can flexibly work with different levels of integration.

How quickly will I see initial results in live operations?

As a rule, a functional prototype for your prioritized use case is available after 4–6 weeks. Whether and how quickly the agent moves into production depends on the complexity and depth of integration – but we deliberately aim to deliver measurable results early.
