Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have questions? We have the answers.

Who is this offer for?

For companies looking to develop a new digital product or service. Whether you are a startup with an initial idea or an established company with an existing portfolio, decision-makers, product managers, and innovation teams will all benefit.

Do we need a concrete product idea yet?

Not necessarily. We work with both early-stage ideas and existing concepts that need to be validated or further developed. What matters is that a strategic goal or market opportunity has been identified.

How does this differ from traditional UX design?

We go beyond pure interface design. Our approach combines user-centricity with business design and technical feasibility. This results in products that not only look good but are also economically viable and implementable.

What happens if the process reveals that the idea is not viable?

That is exactly what the process is for. Early validation saves months of development time and six-figure budgets. If an idea doesn't work, we find out in weeks, not years. Often, a stronger alternative emerges in the process.

Can we also carry out the process remotely?

Yes. Research, workshops, and testing work just as well remotely as they do on-site. For larger co-creation sessions, we recommend in-person meetings, but for smaller teams or distributed organizations, remote is often even more efficient.
